Position: UI/UX Intern or Junior Designer

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve design decisions.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Assist in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• Test and refine designs based on user interactions and feedback.
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and design best practices.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude to learn and improve.
