 HR Internship (3 Positions) - Paid internship 

Duration: 6 months


Overview:

We’re looking for organized and detail-oriented HR Interns to support our HR Division with documentation and data entry. This internship provides hands-on experience with core HR functions. This role requires flexibility, including working on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and potential for night shifts.


Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documents and employee records.

* Perform accurate data entry for new hires, promotions, and employee changes.

* Support benefits enrollment and assist with updating HR reports.

* Ensure all HR files are up-to-date and compliant.


Requirements:

* Pursuing/completed a degree in HRM, Business Management, or a related field.

* Strong communication skills in English, excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Positive, eager to learn, and adaptable team player.
