Qoria, a global leader in child digital safety technology, is looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This role is critical in driving recruitment strategies, sourcing top IT talent, and supporting our mission to keep children safe online.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and senior IT roles
✔ Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for Sri Lanka and global hiring needs
✔ Partner with hiring managers and the global Talent Acquisition team to align recruitment strategies
✔ Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka’s labor laws and global HR standards
✔ Leverage HR tools (BambooHR, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) to track recruitment metrics
✔ Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
🔹 Key Requirements:
✔Proven experience in IT recruitment within a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Experience with HR systems and data-driven recruitment
✔ Understanding of Sri Lanka’s IT talent landscape and global hiring trends
✔ Ability to foster inclusive hiring practices
