Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on call support and troubleshooting.
- Provide on site assistance in client location on issues and solutions.
- Respond to user inquiries and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Requirements:
- A/L education in IT, Diploma or degree in IT, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and cloud-based systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
